You do not need to finish everything before you publish. A store with one product and a payment method is a real store — you can add the rest while it is already taking orders.
Add one product
Give it a name, a price and a photo. That is the minimum a buyer needs to decide.
Turn on payments
Connect the card processor you want. Until this is on, your store shows products but cannot take money.
Pick a theme and publish
Every theme is included. Choose one, change the colours if you like, hit publish and share the link.
This is the whole form you need on day one.
Nothing here is permanent. Theme, prices and product photos can all be changed after you publish, without taking the store offline.
