Terms of service
The agreement between you and odakmarket while you use the service.

By opening an account you accept these terms. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
What we provide
A hosted platform for building and running an online store, at the plan level you subscribe to. We maintain the platform, apply updates and keep backups. We aim for continuous availability but do not promise that the service will never be interrupted.
What you agree to
That you own or are allowed to sell what you list, that you comply with the law where you and your customers are, and that you do not use the service for fraud, malware or content that is illegal in your market. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for fulfilling the orders you take.
Billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices exclude local sales tax, which is added where it applies. If a payment fails we retry and let you know before anything is suspended.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time from the panel and the store closes at the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and where the situation allows we tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.
Liability
We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for lost profits or for losses caused by circumstances outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Walrus Technology LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Walrus Technology LLC.
