Will my shop be offline during the move?
No. We load everything into your new panel while your current store keeps selling. The only moment anything changes for buyers is when you point your domain across, and you choose when that happens.
What if my export is messy?
That is the normal case, not the exception. Missing photos, inconsistent categories and half-filled fields are what we expect. We map what is there and list what is missing so you can decide what matters.
Do I lose my search rankings?
Not if the addresses are handled. We set up redirects from your old product URLs to the new ones, so links people already share and the pages search engines already know keep working.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. You keep owning it exactly as you do now; you only change where it points. HTTPS is set up for you once it resolves.
How long does it take?
Usually two working days from the moment we have your export. Large catalogues with thousands of variants can take longer, and we tell you before we start rather than after.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Migration is included on every plan, including the cheapest one. We do not charge for setup and there is no minimum term afterwards.
