This policy covers odakmarket as a service for merchants. Each merchant is responsible for the privacy notice shown to their own shoppers.
What we collect
For merchants: the account name and email, billing details, and the technical logs a hosted service produces. For shoppers on a merchant's store: the order details, delivery address and contact information needed to complete a purchase. We do not buy personal data from third parties.
Why we process it
To run the service you signed up for, to take payment for it, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to answer you when you contact support. Where processing is not necessary for the service, we rely on consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it
Only the processors that make the service work: hosting, email delivery, and the payment provider you choose to connect. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account and store data is kept while your subscription is active and for ninety days after cancellation, so you can export or come back. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to processing. Most of this is available directly in the panel; for anything else, write to us and we respond within thirty days.
