Is there a transaction fee on top?
We take no cut of your sales. Your card processor charges its own standard rate, which it pays out to you directly — that is between you and them.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Move up whenever you like and we bill the difference for the days remaining. Nothing breaks and no data is migrated, because it is the same store.
Do I pay extra for themes or apps?
No. Themes are included and there is no app store to buy from. Everything listed in a plan is already part of it.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, and it saves twenty per cent. Switch between monthly and yearly at any point; we adjust the next invoice rather than charging you twice.
What if I need to stop for a while?
Cancel and your store closes but your data stays exportable for ninety days. Come back inside that window and everything is where you left it.
