Import products from a spreadsheet
If you already keep a list, you do not have to retype it.
2 min3 steps
If your products already live in a spreadsheet, import it instead of adding them one by one.
Match the columns
Open Products → Import and map your columns to name, price and photo. Anything unmapped is ignored, so extra columns are harmless.
Import as drafts first
Bring everything in as drafts, check ten rows, then publish in bulk. This avoids a half-wrong catalogue going live.
Fix and re-import if needed
Re-importing the same file updates the existing products instead of duplicating them, as long as the names match.
- Column A → Product nameMatched
- Column B → PriceMatched
- Column C → Photo URLMatched
- Column D → Internal codeIgnored
142 rows ready to import as drafts.
Photos can be imported as links. If your spreadsheet has image URLs, put them in one column and map it to the photo field.
